NUPACK is a growing software suite for the analysis and design of nucleic acid systems.
NUPACK currently enables:
- thermodynamic analysis of dilute solutions of interacting nucleic acid strands
in the absence of pseudoknots or of non-interacting strands with the possibility of a class of
pseudoknots

thermodynamic design based on simultaneous affinity
and specificity optimization for a single-stranded, unpseudoknotted
secondary structure
You are welcome to submit jobs and inspect results using the NUPACK
web server or to download NUPACK source code for research purposes.
